Delivery Information

Rainha Fightwear Ltd maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

UK Delivery CHARge:

Charges are based on address and weight, with the option of Royal Mail first and second class. If you have any special requests then please get in touch with us at


Charges are based on country, address, size and weight. Royal Mail international will deliver 2kgs maximum, so if your order is heavier than this then a courier will be used - so if the delivery charge looks a little high then check all options as one may be cheaper than the other. If you have any special requests then please get in touch with us at

Countries we can currently deliver to are grouped depending on the cost to deliver there. They are as follows...

Europe (well...some of it) - Courier: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

The rest of Europe - Courier: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

USA and Canada - Courier: ummm...Canada and USA!

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit/debit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we check that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order ... although we'll try our best to get it on it's way as quick as possible. To be honest, for domestic orders if you order before midday during the week, we'll try our best to send it the same day (unless our post office is playing silly buggers!). For international orders we generally ship on Fridays. If you do not receive your domestic order within 10 business days or international order within 20 business* days please get in touch with us at 

Delivery charges are fixed by the delivery folks, so we advise you to bundle your items in one order where possible. We cannot group multiple orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

*we rely on postal services around the world, which means that unfortunately we can’t offer a guaranteed delivery time, and we can’t compensate for delays or missing Track & Trace information.

International Shipping and Duties:

The products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use by customers within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Customers who choose to purchase items for usage and distribution to locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and have a personal responsibility regarding compliance with local laws.

If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties incurred on your own purchases. Rainha Fightwear Ltd have no prior warning on whether these charges may be incurred or what value they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs authorities may request personal information such as Social Security number when inspecting your parcel; failure to provide this information to Customs will result in the parcel being returned. In this instance we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging.

Please note that for items you order through our website you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Rainha Fightwear Ltd cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were dispatched should they be subject to inspection.

Returns & Exchanges

If you experience any problem with your order please contact explaining the issue and we will respond within 48 hours.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent, just drop us an email and we'll try and sort it. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund but please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded. Also, due to really boring admin reasons it's not possible to change your order once it has been submitted - this also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
